He provides strategic direction and sets goals for the company, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures that the company is meeting its financial and operational objectives. Additionally, he is responsible for representing the company to stakeholders, such as investors, customers, and the public, and ensuring that the company maintains a strong reputation in the industry.
Investment Manager
Emceé Nell
Emcee is responsible for implementing the group financial strategies, analyze financial data, financial process development, and making recommendations to improve financial performance. He works closely with Johannes Gouws to make decisions regarding capital raising, financial structuring and budgeting.
Senior Financial Manager
Arno Cronjé
Arno is responsible for preparing and analysing financial reports, managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. He also supervise and mentor a team of financial managers and staff members.
Senior Financial Specialist
Landi Nell
Landi is involved in managing the group. She assists the executive team in developing financial strategies and manages financial risk across the group.
She is also responsible for writing articles to promote Rhea Infras, which requires researching and understanding the target audience, identifying topics that resonate with the market, and developing articles that educate, inform, and engage readers.

Henli Gouws
Her primary responsibility is to ensure that employees are motivated, engaged, and happy in their work environment, which leads to increased productivity and a stronger overall company culture.
Accountant
Monique Lotriet
Monique is responsible for financial reporting and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year which includes keeping track of all financial transactions and ensuring all legal compliances are being met.
